本文以湖南化工职业技术学院图书馆电子阅览室管理和利用的现状及存在的问题，建议从加强电子阅览室的日常管理和维护，提高图书馆工作人员的业务知识水平和技能，做好读者的现场指导与培训服务，加强与读者的交流和互动，完善电子资源结构并提供特色服务等方面去努力来提高高职院校电子阅览室的利用率。
本文以湖南化工職業技術學院圖書館電子閱覽室管理和利用的現狀及存在的問題，建議從加彊電子閱覽室的日常管理和維護，提高圖書館工作人員的業務知識水平和技能，做好讀者的現場指導與培訓服務，加彊與讀者的交流和互動，完善電子資源結構併提供特色服務等方麵去努力來提高高職院校電子閱覽室的利用率。

Based on the status quo and problems found in the e-reading-room in Hunan Chemical Industry Professional Technology Institute,the article suggests to strengthen daily management and maintenance,improve the level of knowl-edge and skills of the staff,serve the readers by making on-site guidance and training,strengthen the communication and interaction with readers,perfect the structure of the electronic resources and provide characteristic service,etc. to improve the utilization of e-reading room in higher vocational colleges.
