Guangzhou%retail live poultry market%avian influenza%epidemiological investigation
[目的]了解广州市活禽农贸市场禽流感病毒的分布和流行情况,科学制定禽流感的防控措施,于2013年3-11月对广州市91个次的活禽农贸市场进行了禽流感监测,[方法]调查共采集了1064份活禽口咽/泄殖腔棉拭子和环境拭子,并用荧光RT-PCR方法进行了检测,[结果]发现通用型、H7N9和H9亚型禽流感阳性率分别为46.05%、0.09%和19.83%。其中,鸭棉拭子样品中通用型禽流感阳性率最高,达到了58.14%,其次为鸡棉拭子、鹅棉拭子和环境棉拭子样品,分别为46.28%、42.85%和35.19%;H9亚型禽流感阳性率最高的是鸡源样品,达到了28.88%,其次为鸭棉拭子和环境棉拭子样品,分别为12.56%和5.58%;仅从1份鸡棉拭子样品中检测到H7N9亚型禽流感病毒阳性。[结论]本次调查显示,广州地区活禽农贸市场存在较为严重的禽流感污染情况,需立即采取有效的防控措施以降低本地区发生禽流感以及人感染禽流感的风险。
[目的]瞭解廣州市活禽農貿市場禽流感病毒的分佈和流行情況,科學製定禽流感的防控措施,于2013年3-11月對廣州市91箇次的活禽農貿市場進行瞭禽流感鑑測,[方法]調查共採集瞭1064份活禽口嚥/洩殖腔棉拭子和環境拭子,併用熒光RT-PCR方法進行瞭檢測,[結果]髮現通用型、H7N9和H9亞型禽流感暘性率分彆為46.05%、0.09%和19.83%。其中,鴨棉拭子樣品中通用型禽流感暘性率最高,達到瞭58.14%,其次為鷄棉拭子、鵝棉拭子和環境棉拭子樣品,分彆為46.28%、42.85%和35.19%;H9亞型禽流感暘性率最高的是鷄源樣品,達到瞭28.88%,其次為鴨棉拭子和環境棉拭子樣品,分彆為12.56%和5.58%;僅從1份鷄棉拭子樣品中檢測到H7N9亞型禽流感病毒暘性。[結論]本次調查顯示,廣州地區活禽農貿市場存在較為嚴重的禽流感汙染情況,需立即採取有效的防控措施以降低本地區髮生禽流感以及人感染禽流感的風險。

To understand the distribution and epidemiology of avian influenza virus in live poultry markets of Guangzhou,investigations were conducted from March to November,2013. 1064 cloacal swabs and environmental swabs were collected and detected with real-time RT-PCR for avian influenza virus types A,H7N9 and H9. Of all the swabs sampled,the positive rates of avian influenza virus types A,H7N9 and H9 were 46.05%,0.09% and 19.83%respectively. The positive rate of avian influenza virus type A in ducks was 58.14%,much higher than that in chicken (46.28%),goose(42.85%) and the environment(35.19%). The positive rate of H9 subtype in chicken was 28.88%,much higher than that in duck(12.56%) and the environment(5.58%). H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus was detected only in one chicken cloacal swab. The results indicated that the prevalence of avian influenza virus in live poultry markets in Guangzhou was severe and more effective prevention and control measures were needed.
