针对恒温晶体振荡器( OCXO)必要的控温电路,提出了几种恒温槽温度控制电路解决方案,包括单运放控制电路直接加热、电阻加热和双运放控制电路等,并对它们的原理和特点进行分析和比较,给出必要的数学计算和分析。在分析总结这几种控温电路的基础上,着重探究了双运放控温电路的原理和特点,总结了双运放控温电路的优缺点,并据此搭建了一个热槽状态对电源变化不敏感的控温电路,实现了恒温晶振频率稳定度的提高。
針對恆溫晶體振盪器( OCXO)必要的控溫電路,提齣瞭幾種恆溫槽溫度控製電路解決方案,包括單運放控製電路直接加熱、電阻加熱和雙運放控製電路等,併對它們的原理和特點進行分析和比較,給齣必要的數學計算和分析。在分析總結這幾種控溫電路的基礎上,著重探究瞭雙運放控溫電路的原理和特點,總結瞭雙運放控溫電路的優缺點,併據此搭建瞭一箇熱槽狀態對電源變化不敏感的控溫電路,實現瞭恆溫晶振頻率穩定度的提高。

This paper presents the solution for several oven controlled circuits which are essential in OCXO,including single oper-ational controlled circuit with direct heating,resistor heating and dual operational controlled circuit and so on,it analyzes and compares their principle and characteristics and gives necessary mathematical calculation. Based on the above analysis on several oven controlled circuits,it discusses the principle and characteristics of dual operational amplifier oven controlled circuit,and builds an oven controlled circuit in which the oven status is not sensitive to the power supply variation,which improves the frequency stability of OCXO.
