针对航天测控等领域对精密测量时延的需要,提出了一种基于FPGA和Matlab的时延测量方法,阐述了其测量原理,并对1 km光纤链路的时延进行测量。实验结果表明,该方法的单频点时延测量精度可以达到ps量级,在没有考虑色散的情况下,传输链路的时延测量值在800~900 MHz频率范围内标准差为2?0 ps。

A method of measuring time delay based on FPGA and Matlab is presented to meet the demand of precise measurement of time delay in the field of deep space communication.The principle is elaborated,and the time delay of one piece of optical fiber of 1 km in length is measured.The results show that the time delay can be measured with an accuracy of 1ps when a tone is transmitted, and the standard deviation of time delay values of optical fiber path is 2.0 ps when frequencies of transmitted tones range from 800 MHz to 900 MHz.
