电致化学发光(ECL)分析技术集成了发光分析的高灵敏性和电化学电位的可控性优点,已成为当今分析化学中一个非常活跃而重要的研究方向。其中,钌联吡啶及其衍生物是众多发光试剂中最具实际应用价值的电致化学发光试剂。针对电致化学发光试剂的表面固定化方法,如何提高表面电致化学发光试剂固载量方面开展研究,通过一步法将钌联吡啶与金纳米颗粒同步组装于三维多孔二氧化硅结构中并固定于电极表面,提高了发光试剂的固载量,同时增加了硅膜的导电性,提高了发光试剂的利用率。

Electrochemiluminescence (ECL),has advantages of high sensitivity in luminescence analysis and potential controllability in electrochemistry,and has become an important and ac-tive research field in modern analytical chemistry.Among the ECL species,ruthenium bipyridine (Ru(bpy)3 2 + )complex and its derivatives have been proved to be the most valuable and potential applicable optical probes.This study concentrates on developing effective methods to immobilize ECL species,increasing functional density.A one-step construction has been pro-posed to efficiently immobilize Ru(bpy)3 2 + and gold nanoparticles in a three-dimensional (3D) porous silica film matrix on an electrode.In this approach,large quantity of Ru(bpy)3 2 + ions and gold nanoparticles can be efficiently encapsulated in the porous silica matrix,to improve the conductivity of porous silica and high usage of ECL agent.
