用Altair软件Optistruct模块优化功能对某车桥差速器壳体进行拓扑优化;根据拓扑优化的结果重新设计差速器壳体,对加强筋重新布局,之后用MSC软件对新设计壳体进行强度分析,以验证优化结果。结果表明优化结果可行,该拓扑方法可以有效引导差速器壳体的设计。
用Altair軟件Optistruct模塊優化功能對某車橋差速器殼體進行拓撲優化;根據拓撲優化的結果重新設計差速器殼體,對加彊觔重新佈跼,之後用MSC軟件對新設計殼體進行彊度分析,以驗證優化結果。結果錶明優化結果可行,該拓撲方法可以有效引導差速器殼體的設計。

An axle differential case was optimized based on Altair software with Optistrust module opti-mization function. According to the optimization result, a new differential case was designed by adjust-ing the reinforcing rib,and then analyzed by the MSC software to check the strength. The results show the optimization method is feasible and is helpful to guiding design of a differential case.
