以忻州师范学院为例,在有机化学教学中实施“传授知识、素质教育、创新能力培养”三位一体的教学模式,把教学、科研、人才培养紧密结合,课内教学与课外创新实践相结合,使知识传授、素质教育、创新能力培养得到统一,落在实处,效果良好。

In the teaching of organic chemistry, the three-in-one teaching mode that“imparting knowledge, quality educa-tion and cultivating the innovation ability”was implemented. Teaching, scientific research and personnel cultivation were closely integrated, and the classroom teaching and extracurricular innovation practice were combined so that imparting knowledge, quality education, cultivating innovation ability were unified. The effect was satisfactory.
