太极拳运动是我国的传统武术运动,被称为“国粹“,备受中老年人的喜爱。对中老年人的心理素质和身体健康产生了积极影响。文章通过文献资料法、访问法、问卷调查法、数据统计等方法了解太极拳运动对中老年人的心理素质和健康状况的影响情况。结果表明:中老年人通过练习太极拳,他们的自我满意程度、身体协调性、灵活性、独立性、情绪调节能力、意志力和性格、社会适应能力等方面都有较显著增强。

태겁권운동시아국적전통무술운동,피칭위“국수“,비수중노년인적희애。대중노년인적심리소질화신체건강산생료적겁영향。문장통과문헌자료법、방문법、문권조사법、수거통계등방법료해태겁권운동대중노년인적심리소질화건강상황적영향정황。결과표명:중노년인통과연습태겁권,타문적자아만의정도、신체협조성、령활성、독립성、정서조절능력、의지력화성격、사회괄응능력등방면도유교현저증강。
Taijiquan exercise is traditional martial arts in China, known as the“quintessence”. It is also the elderly’s fa-vorite. It has a significant impact on physical and mental health of the elderly. By use of literature, questionnaire survey, sta-tistics and other methods, the impact of Taijiquan on physical and mental health of the elderly was investigated. The results showed that through participation in Taijiquan exercise, self-satisfaction, physical coordination, flexibility, independence, emotional regulation, willpower and character, social adaptability and so on have been significantly enhanced.
