目的：观察拉米夫定、强的松龙治疗乙型慢性重型肝炎的疗效。方法选择我科收治的住院病人，在内科综合治疗的基础上，早上8点给予强的松龙60 mg/d口服，晚上8点给予拉米夫定100 mg/d口服。每周检测肝功能，15天检测HBV-DNA。观察时间为1个月。结果治疗后患者的症状均得到显著缓解，表现为总胆红素和氨基转移酶下降，血清白蛋白升高。结论对于慢性乙型重型肝炎患者，选用拉米夫定和强的松龙进行治疗是安全有效的。
목적：관찰랍미부정、강적송룡치료을형만성중형간염적료효。방법선택아과수치적주원병인，재내과종합치료적기출상，조상8점급여강적송룡60 mg/d구복，만상8점급여랍미부정100 mg/d구복。매주검측간공능，15천검측HBV-DNA。관찰시간위1개월。결과치료후환자적증상균득도현저완해，표현위총담홍소화안기전이매하강，혈청백단백승고。결론대우만성을형중형간염환자，선용랍미부정화강적송룡진행치료시안전유효적。
Objective The purpose of this article is to observe the curative effect of lamivudine and prednisolone in the treatment of severe chronic hepatitis B. Methods We Chose hospitalized patients admitted in our department. On the basis of the medicine comprehensive treatment, to give oral prednisolone 60 mg/d at 8 o'clock in the morning, and give oral lamivudine 100 mg/d at 8 pm. Liver function was tested weekly, and HBV-DNA was detected after 15 days. Observation time is 1 month. Results After treatment the patient's symptoms were significantly reduced, which showed total bilirubin and transaminase decreased, and serum albumin elevated. Conclusion For chronic hepatitis B patients with severe hepatitis, selection of lamivudine and prednisolone in the treatment is safe and effective.
