本文采用有限元分析软件ADINA中的流固耦合模块建立了隔膜泵液力端橡胶隔膜的运动模型,通过流-固耦合分析模拟实现了橡胶隔膜在隔膜泵液力端油缸液压油推动下的运动过程仿真,通过仿真分析结果得到橡胶隔膜完成行程所需的液压油体积,并将仿真分析结果与隔膜行程实验进行了对比,验证了仿真分析结果的正确性,所得结论为隔膜泵液力端设计方案的制定具有一定的理论指导意义。

In this paper, the motion model of rubber diaphragm in diaphragm pump fluid end has been established by fluid-structure interaction model of finite element analysis software ADINA. Motion process of rubber diaphragm propelled by hydraulic oil in piston cylinder was simulated by fluid-structure interaction analysis. According to the simulation result, the volume of hydraulic oil for finishing stroke of rubber diaphragm can be confirmed. The simulation results were compared with the rubber diaphragm stroke experiment. The correctness of simulation results can be verified and the results provide some theoretical guidance for drawing up design plan of fluid end of diaphragm pump.
