基础教育领域校本课程的开发和实施,需要多维度思考和把握其价值,积极研究开发与实施的新思路和对策。就价值维度来说,需要着眼于教育的本质来反思,从追求教育均衡的视野来把握,从特色固化的角度来运思,从培养教育家的高度来认识;就开发的原则来说,则是优先满足学生发展的需要,积极适应学校发展的目标,准确对接区域教育发展的趋势;实施的关键环节是,必要的软硬件资源,与国家和区域课程有效衔接、有机融汇,加强校长对校本课程的领导力,同步实施对校本课程的评价。

Development and implementation of school-based curriculum of elementary education do-main require multi-dimensional thinking,grasping its value,and researching new thoughts and counter-measures.In terms of value dimension,we should focus on the essence of education to reflect,master from the perspective of pursuing educational balance,think from the angle of feature affixation,and un-derstand from the angle of cultivating educationists.In terms of developing principles,we should give pri-ority to students’needs,adapt to schools’developing aims,meshing with the developing trend of regional education.The key links to implement are necessary software and hardware resources,effective linking and fusion with regional and national curriculums,strengthened leadership of principals,and synchronized evaluation of school-based curriculums.
