目前，信息化技术在电力行业中发挥着越来越重要的作用，已经成为电力生产运行管理的重要组成部分。本文结合长江电力电力生产管理系统在溪洛渡-向家坝梯级电站调度和运行管理中的运用，介绍了其运行调度管理模块的组成、功能和特点等，说明了其在流域梯级电站“调控一体化”运行管理模式中发挥的信息化技术支撑作用。

At present,information technology plays more and more important role in electrical industry,it has become an impor-tant part of power production operation management.This paper combines application of electrical production management sys-tem in Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower station dispatch and operation management,introduces the composition,function and feature of operation and dispatch management module,this shows its information technology supporting role in cascade hydro-power stations “integration of dispatch and control”operation management mode.
