随着发电机组运行年限的增加，发电机的定子绝缘会逐渐老化。近几年来，发电机定子绝缘损坏事故率逐年上升，定子线棒更换工作量越来越大，在发电机定子线棒更换过程中，上端锡焊头焊接前封堵和上端头绝缘盒灌注前封堵是一项比较繁琐的工作，稍有疏忽就会封堵失败，采用先进的封堵技术对于缩短检修工期，减少事故损失具有决定性意义。
隨著髮電機組運行年限的增加，髮電機的定子絕緣會逐漸老化。近幾年來，髮電機定子絕緣損壞事故率逐年上升，定子線棒更換工作量越來越大，在髮電機定子線棒更換過程中，上耑錫銲頭銲接前封堵和上耑頭絕緣盒灌註前封堵是一項比較繁瑣的工作，稍有疏忽就會封堵失敗，採用先進的封堵技術對于縮短檢脩工期，減少事故損失具有決定性意義。
수착발전궤조운행년한적증가，발전궤적정자절연회축점노화。근궤년래，발전궤정자절연손배사고솔축년상승，정자선봉경환공작량월래월대，재발전궤정자선봉경환과정중，상단석한두한접전봉도화상단두절연합관주전봉도시일항비교번쇄적공작，초유소홀취회봉도실패，채용선진적봉도기술대우축단검수공기，감소사고손실구유결정성의의。
Along with the increase of operating years generating units,will gradually aging of insulation of generator stator.In recent years,the generator stator insulation damage accident rate increased year by year,the stator bar to replace increasingly heavy workload,in generator stator bar in the changing process,the upper end of tin horn before welding and the upper end of the insulating box sealed before perfusion plugging is a tedious work,any negligence will block failure,the plugging technolo-gy advanced to shorten the maintenance period,reduce the loss of accidents has the decisive significance.
