文化产业是新兴的战略性产业，对一个地区乃至一国经济发展起着重要的推动作用。作为文化产业发展的核心要素---人才队伍的建设至关重要。基于铜陵市铜工艺品加工业从业人员的调查研究，分析铜陵市铜文化产业人才队伍的发展现状和现实因素，提出进一步加快铜陵铜文化产业人才队伍发展的相关对策和思路，以促进铜陵市文化产业建设，推动铜陵市经济增长、构建幸福铜陵。

The cultural industry is emerging strategic industri es. It is an important force for a region and a country ’s economic development .As a core element of the development of cultural industries, industry personnel construction is important. Based on the survey of employees of Tongling copper art industry, we try to analyze the development status and realistic factors of the talent team of copper cultural industry, and propose some countermeasures and ideas to develop the talent team of copper cultural industry in Tongling, in order to promote the construction of cultural industries and economic growth for building a happy Tongling city.
