港口是城市发展的核心战略资源。土地使用的科学性、合理性、可持续性直接关乎港口整体运营的效率。以天津港区陆域土地为研究对象，以港口土地的优化使用为目标，通过采用灰色关联度法对土地使用的经济、社会和环境效益做出综合评估；同时从土地的可持续使用出发，对港口土地集约利用度进行评价。采用多元评价方法，得出2001-2010年天津港土地利用综合效益总体趋好、土地利用需局部优化的结论。在此结论的基础上结合土地实际开发使用情况，分别从经济、社会、环境、土地集约利用四个方面提出了优化建议。

Port is the core strategic resource of urban development. Land use which is scientific,rationality,and sustainability is directly related to the overall operating efficiency of the port. In this paper,the research is based on the land belongs to Tianjin port group company,aiming at the optimization of land use,by using the grey correlation method,making com-prehensive evaluation of Tianjin port from the perspective of economy,society and environment. At the same time, considering the sustainable use of land,the paper evaluates the intensive utilization degree of the port land. By using multi-variate evaluation method,the authors point out that the comprehensive benefit of land use of Tianjin port is totally up-and-up from 2001 to 2010. Meanwhile,the paper suggests that the land use need to be optimized partly. Finally,based on the conclusion,the paper puts forward four suggestions in combination with the practical development and usage of land, respectively from the economic,social,environmental and land intensive utilization.
