随着近年来房地产业发展环境的变化，房地产企业面临着更加激烈的行业竞争和重组的风险，亟需提升企业的成长能力。运用归纳演绎、案例分析等方法，构建房地产企业成长能力提升的路径架构，并进一步对内外部路径提出成长能力提升的具体对策。
隨著近年來房地產業髮展環境的變化，房地產企業麵臨著更加激烈的行業競爭和重組的風險，亟需提升企業的成長能力。運用歸納縯繹、案例分析等方法，構建房地產企業成長能力提升的路徑架構，併進一步對內外部路徑提齣成長能力提升的具體對策。

With the change of the developing environment of the real estate industry in China in re-cent years,Chinese real estate enterprises are facing increasingly intense industry competition and restructuring risks with urgent needs to enhance the growth capacity of the enterprises.The growth ability upgrading path frame of the real estate enterprises is formulated via the inductive and deduc-tive methods and case study method along with the specific approaches to promote the growth ability of the internal and external paths.
