以玉米自交系为试验材料，采用土壤盆栽耐盐性鉴定方式，探讨玉米种质的耐盐性鉴定技术体系，对184份玉米种质进行耐盐性鉴定。结果表明：NaCl 占土壤干重3‰的盐处理浓度为玉米耐盐性鉴定的适宜浓度，鲜重、干重耐盐系数和苗情可以作为玉米耐盐性的鉴定指标。综合3种指标的鉴定结果，将184份玉米自交系划分为高耐、耐盐、中耐、敏感和高感5种类型。

Identification system for salt tolerance of maize is screened by the method of soil-pot-ted identification,and the salt-tolerance of 184 maize inbred lines are evaluated in this study. The results suggest that the salt concentration of 3‰ (the proportion of salt to total soil dry weight)is the suitable concentration for salt-tolerance identification in maize.Salt-tolerant coef-ficient of fresh weight and dry weight,as well as the growth of the seedlings,can be used as in-dicators to identify salt tolerance in maize.184 maize inbred lines are clustered into high salt-tol-erant,salt-tolerant,moderate salt-tolerant,salt-sensitive and high salt-sensitive type.
