通过对不同的木纤维直径、不同滤芯厚度及不同填充率做过滤器不同结构参数，研究过滤器不同结构参数对以微米木纤维作为骨架的过滤芯、加上活化微纳米木粉组构的木基生态负离子PM 2.5过滤器过滤效率的影响，结果表明，当木纤维直径为20μm、滤芯厚度为20 mm及填充率为15％时，所研制出的木基生态负离子PM 2.5过滤器过滤效果最好。
통과대불동적목섬유직경、불동려심후도급불동전충솔주과려기불동결구삼수，연구과려기불동결구삼수대이미미목섬유작위골가적과려심、가상활화미납미목분조구적목기생태부리자PM 2.5과려기과려효솔적영향，결과표명，당목섬유직경위20μm、려심후도위20 mm급전충솔위15％시，소연제출적목기생태부리자PM 2.5과려기과려효과최호。
For study the effect of different structural parameters on PM 2.5 filters with micron wood fiber , which was donstituted with the wood fiber micron filter element as a skeleton and activation of micro and nano flour , structure parameters was developped by using different diameters of wood fiber , layer thickness and filling rates . The results showed that the filters of wood fiber diameter with 20μm, layer thickness with 20 mm, and filling rate with 15 %could have the best results.
