为了揭示不同土壤环境要素对芦苇生物量及光合速率的影响,于7月份使用CTRAS-2光合测定分析仪测定芦苇的光合作用,10月份对所种植的芦苇进行收割,测定其生物量;并采取土样测定其有机碳、全氮、全磷、速效磷、速效氮、 pH、全盐、电导率。将各环境要素进行主成分分析发现,土壤各环境要素之间具有显著或极显著的相关关系。主成分中,前两个主成分的的特征值大于1,方差累积贡献率已经超过85%,即累积贡献率为88.3804%。表明前两个主成分已经包含了原变量85%以上的信息,所以取前两个主成分即可。相关性及显著性分析表明,土壤pH值与芦苇生物量呈线性负相关,其余各环境要素与生物量呈线性或非线性正相关,土壤各环境要素对芦苇光合速率有显著影响。

By experimental cultivation work , the effect of soil environmental factors on reed biomass and photosyn-thetic rate was conducted .Reed photosynthesis was tested in July by using CTRAS-2 photosynthetic analyzer , and reed biomass was tested in October after its harvesting .Meanwhile soil samples were collected for determining its organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, available nitrogen, pH, total salt, and conductivity .The principal component analysis showed that there were significant or extremely significant correla -tion among different soil environment factors .Among rincipal components , the eigenvalues of the first two princi-pal components was over 1 , and their cumulative variance contribution rate had exceeded 85 %, namely the cu-mulative contribution rate was 88.380 4 %. This means that the first two principal components already contained the original variables with more than 85 % of the information , therefor, it was appropriate to take the first two principal components for further analysis .Correlation analysis and significant analysis showed that the soil pH had linear negative correlation with reed biomass , the biomass had linear and nonlinear positive correlation with other environmental factors , and other environmental factors had significant correlation with photosynthetic rate .
