教师学习共同体在实践中蓬勃发展的同时也存在着虚假的繁荣。以“星期四读书沙龙”为研究对象,分析了该学习共同体所发挥的实际功能,提出要从文化和心理的视野理解和发展教师学习共同体,在发展教师共同体时既要关注教师的内部需求,又要寻求外部支持,同时还要重视共同体自身的组织建设。

There are false prosperity when teacher learning community flourish in practice.Taking the“Thursday reading salon”as the object of the research ,analyze of the actual function of the learning community.we need understand and develop teacher learning community from the cultural and psycho-logical aspects,We also propose that to develop teacher learning community,we should pay attention to the interior needs of teachers and provide external support,focus on the organization construction of teacher learning community.
