混合系统是既有连续变量也有离散事件的复杂的动力学系统,混合系统中的模态转换及参数不确定性可引起残差突变,原因是不同的模态下有不同的元件参与,采用常数阈值或常规自适应阈值往往造成误诊和漏诊。通过搭建混合系统键合图诊断模型,在对参数不确定性进行区间估计的基础上,运用线性分式转换构造模态转换自适应阈值,解决混合系统故障诊断中的误诊和漏诊问题。通过车辆转向系统的故障诊断进行实例分析及检验,实验结果表明所提算法的正确性和可行性,为混合系统故障诊断提供了新的解决方案。
混閤繫統是既有連續變量也有離散事件的複雜的動力學繫統,混閤繫統中的模態轉換及參數不確定性可引起殘差突變,原因是不同的模態下有不同的元件參與,採用常數閾值或常規自適應閾值往往造成誤診和漏診。通過搭建混閤繫統鍵閤圖診斷模型,在對參數不確定性進行區間估計的基礎上,運用線性分式轉換構造模態轉換自適應閾值,解決混閤繫統故障診斷中的誤診和漏診問題。通過車輛轉嚮繫統的故障診斷進行實例分析及檢驗,實驗結果錶明所提算法的正確性和可行性,為混閤繫統故障診斷提供瞭新的解決方案。

A hybrid system is a complex dynamics system that includes both continuous variables and discrete e-vents;mode changes and component uncertainties lead to different compositions of component uncertainties and re-sidual fluctuations;the employment of constant threshold will cause false alarm or missed detection on hybrid fault detection system. In this paper, we, taking component parameter uncertainties and mode change into consideration, utilize Global Analytical Redundancy Relations ( GARR) and LFT Bond Graph model to formulate mode-dependent thresholds to address problems of false alarm or missed detection in FDI of a hybrid system. An online experiment of vehicle steering system is researched in detail to show the concepts of the proposed algorithm, and experimental re-sults of different faults suggest the feasibility of mode-dependent threshold in FDI of a hybrid system.
