为探索拟信息素在梨小食心虫及桃蛀螟两种蛀果害虫性诱剂防治中的应用,初步考察了E8-12:OH、E8-12:Ac及E8-12:Ald三种合成化合物对梨小食心虫和桃蛀螟成虫的田间引诱活性。结果表明,合成化合物单剂诱芯对两种目标成虫均无明显引诱活性,诱芯质量比为m( E8-12:OH)∶m( E8-12:Ac)=1∶4及m( E8-12:Ac)∶m( E8-12:Ald)=1∶1,且每诱芯混剂含量为0.5 mg的二元混剂诱芯对梨小食心虫有一定的引诱活性。
為探索擬信息素在梨小食心蟲及桃蛀螟兩種蛀果害蟲性誘劑防治中的應用,初步攷察瞭E8-12:OH、E8-12:Ac及E8-12:Ald三種閤成化閤物對梨小食心蟲和桃蛀螟成蟲的田間引誘活性。結果錶明,閤成化閤物單劑誘芯對兩種目標成蟲均無明顯引誘活性,誘芯質量比為m( E8-12:OH)∶m( E8-12:Ac)=1∶4及m( E8-12:Ac)∶m( E8-12:Ald)=1∶1,且每誘芯混劑含量為0.5 mg的二元混劑誘芯對梨小食心蟲有一定的引誘活性。
위탐색의신식소재리소식심충급도주명량충주과해충성유제방치중적응용,초보고찰료E8-12:OH、E8-12:Ac급E8-12:Ald삼충합성화합물대리소식심충화도주명성충적전간인유활성。결과표명,합성화합물단제유심대량충목표성충균무명현인유활성,유심질량비위m( E8-12:OH)∶m( E8-12:Ac)=1∶4급m( E8-12:Ac)∶m( E8-12:Ald)=1∶1,차매유심혼제함량위0.5 mg적이원혼제유심대리소식심충유일정적인유활성。
In order to explore the application of parapheromone in the controlling of two currant fruit moths Grapholitha molesta and Dichocrocis puncticralis with sex attractants , the field attractiveness to G.moles-ta and D.puncticralis males of three synthetic compounds E 8-12:OH, E8-12:Ac, and E8-12:Ald was evalua-ted.The results showed that all three compounds were not attractive at any dose tested when singly used , while the binary mixture of m(E8-12:OH)∶m(E8-12:Ac)=1∶4, m(E8-12:Ac)∶m(E8-12:Ald)=1∶1 at 0.5 mg /trap were attractive to G.molesta males.
