为探讨纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO2)对纤毛虫阔口游仆虫细胞(Euplotes eurystomus)超微结构的影响,研究选取了两种粒径(5 nm、25 nm)的TiO2对阔口游仆虫进行毒性处理,并采用透射电镜术对其超微结构进行观察。结果表明,纳米TiO2能穿破核膜及线粒体膜,并可引起阔口游仆虫背腹表膜下微管层局部缺失、细胞质空泡化、细胞核核仁减少及染色质聚集浓缩、线粒体变形瓦解等现象;与25 nm TiO2相比,5 nm TiO2对细胞的损伤更为严重。
為探討納米二氧化鈦(nano-TiO2)對纖毛蟲闊口遊僕蟲細胞(Euplotes eurystomus)超微結構的影響,研究選取瞭兩種粒徑(5 nm、25 nm)的TiO2對闊口遊僕蟲進行毒性處理,併採用透射電鏡術對其超微結構進行觀察。結果錶明,納米TiO2能穿破覈膜及線粒體膜,併可引起闊口遊僕蟲揹腹錶膜下微管層跼部缺失、細胞質空泡化、細胞覈覈仁減少及染色質聚集濃縮、線粒體變形瓦解等現象;與25 nm TiO2相比,5 nm TiO2對細胞的損傷更為嚴重。

In order to explore the influence of nano-TiO2 on the ultrastructure of ciliate Euplotes eurystomus, the present study used Transmission Electron Microscopy to detect the changes of cellular ultrastructure after treating with different sizes of nano-TiO2 (5 nm, 25 nm) .The results demonstrated that the nano-TiO2 can perforate the nuclear membrane and mitochondrial membrane.It can also cause many other changes on cellular ultrastructure such as partial subpellicular microtubule layer deficiency, cytoplasm vacuolation, nucleolus reduction, chromatin gathering and condensation, mitochondrial cristae breakage and disappearance, mitochondria disintegra-tion and so on;besides, compared with 25 nm nano-TiO2 , the 5 nm nano-TiO2 has a more serious damage on the cellular structure.
