铅和锰相继作为汽油添加剂,已使用大半个世纪,随汽车尾气排放到大气中,严重危害人类的健康。这两种重金属都有明显的神经毒性,尤其对于血脑屏障发育不完善的儿童来说,铅、锰更容易在脑内蓄积。现环境污染十分严重,重金属之间的联合暴露越来越得到人们的重视,该文对铅与锰的神经毒理及其联合毒性进行综述。
鉛和錳相繼作為汽油添加劑,已使用大半箇世紀,隨汽車尾氣排放到大氣中,嚴重危害人類的健康。這兩種重金屬都有明顯的神經毒性,尤其對于血腦屏障髮育不完善的兒童來說,鉛、錳更容易在腦內蓄積。現環境汙染十分嚴重,重金屬之間的聯閤暴露越來越得到人們的重視,該文對鉛與錳的神經毒理及其聯閤毒性進行綜述。

Lead and manganese have been used for more than half a century as gasoline additives, which cause serious damage to human health when the vehicle emissions get into atmosphere.Both of two heavy metals have significant neurotoxicity, especially for children who have immature blood brain barrier.Nowadays environmental pollution is very serious, and more attention is paid to the joint exposures of heavy metals.This paper reviewed the toxicology of lead and manganese on nerves and further elaborated their joint toxic effects.
