目的：探讨临床上儿童肺炎支原体（ MP）感染与反复呼吸道感染（ RRI）的关系。方法选取儿科门诊就诊的RRI患儿65例，普通呼吸道感染患儿70例作为对照，采用快速MP咽拭子培养法测定MP，比较MP感染率。结果 RRI组患儿MP感染率为40．0％，对照组患儿MP感染率为17．1％，RRI组患儿MP感染率远高于对照组（χ2＝8．71，P＜0．01）。结论 MP感染是儿童RRI的重要原因之一，对RRI患儿应警惕MP感染的可能，及早确诊、合理用药。
목적：탐토림상상인동폐염지원체（ MP）감염여반복호흡도감염（ RRI）적관계。방법선취인과문진취진적RRI환인65례，보통호흡도감염환인70례작위대조，채용쾌속MP인식자배양법측정MP，비교MP감염솔。결과 RRI조환인MP감염솔위40．0％，대조조환인MP감염솔위17．1％，RRI조환인MP감염솔원고우대조조（χ2＝8．71，P＜0．01）。결론 MP감염시인동RRI적중요원인지일，대RRI환인응경척MP감염적가능，급조학진、합리용약。
Objective To explore the relationship between mycoplasma pneumoniae ( MP) infection and recurrent respiratory tract infection ( RRI) in children.Methods Sixty-five children with RRI were enrolled in RRI group, and 70 children with common respiratory tract infection were enrolled in control group.MP was tested by rapid throat swab culture, and the infection rate of MP was compared between two groups.Results The infection rate of MP in RRI group (40.0%) was significantly higher than that (17.1%) in the control group (χ2 =8.71,P<0.01).Conclusion MP infection is one of the important causes of RRI in children.For children with RRI, MP infection should be screened for early diagnose and reasonable medication.
