玄武岩纤维掺入混凝土中能有效增强混凝土的力学性能.在基体混凝土配比一定条件下,纤维掺量为0.2%时,研究玄武岩纤维长度、直径与玄武岩纤维增强混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度的关系,得出玄武岩纤维长度较长时,混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度也随之增加,当玄武岩纤维长度达到20 mm 时,抗压强度、抗折强度有所下降.玄武岩纤维直径越小,混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度越大.为建筑行业在玄武岩纤维增强混凝土设计时选用玄武岩纤维提供参考.

현무암섬유참입혼응토중능유효증강혼응토적역학성능.재기체혼응토배비일정조건하,섬유참량위0.2%시,연구현무암섬유장도、직경여현무암섬유증강혼응토적항압강도、항절강도적관계,득출현무암섬유장도교장시,혼응토항압강도、항절강도야수지증가,당현무암섬유장도체도20 mm 시,항압강도、항절강도유소하강.현무암섬유직경월소,혼응토항압강도、항절강도월대.위건축행업재현무암섬유증강혼응토설계시선용현무암섬유제공삼고.
Basalt fibers are mixed into concrete in order to improve mechanical property under given condi-tions of matrix concrete ratio,with the mixing amount of fiber as 0. 2% . The paper studied the relationship be-tween the length and diameter of the basalt fibers and the compression strength and ending test of basalt fibers strengthening concrete. Test results indicate that compression strength,bending strength become increased when the length of basalt fibers becomes longer. When the length of basalt fibers is 20 mm,compression strength ,ben-ding strength become decreased. Compression strength,bending strength become increased when the diameter of basalt fibers becomes bigger. It provides reference of concrete design in the construction industry.
