目的:研究妊娠期高血压疾病( HDCP)患者外周血活化血小板及血小板-白细胞聚集体的变化,并探讨其与妊娠期高血压的关系。方法采用流式细胞术检测47例妊娠期高血压疾病患者、40例正常健康女性和40例正常妊娠者外周血血小板上的血小板P选择素(CD62p)和血小板纤维蛋白原受体(PAC-1)的表达,以及单核细胞、粒细胞的CD61表达百分率,即血小板-单核细胞聚集体( PMA)、血小板-粒细胞聚集体( PNA)。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组的CD62p、PAC-1、PMA、PNA均显著高于正常非孕组和正常妊娠组(t值分别为3.422、3.710、4.014、3.743和3.636、3.427、3.270、3.425,均P<0.01),且随病情加重越明显。结论外周血活化血小板及血小板-白细胞聚集体的变化与妊娠期高血压疾病的病情有一定的正相关。

목적:연구임신기고혈압질병( HDCP)환자외주혈활화혈소판급혈소판-백세포취집체적변화,병탐토기여임신기고혈압적관계。방법채용류식세포술검측47례임신기고혈압질병환자、40례정상건강녀성화40례정상임신자외주혈혈소판상적혈소판P선택소(CD62p)화혈소판섬유단백원수체(PAC-1)적표체,이급단핵세포、립세포적CD61표체백분솔,즉혈소판-단핵세포취집체( PMA)、혈소판-립세포취집체( PNA)。결과임신기고혈압질병조적CD62p、PAC-1、PMA、PNA균현저고우정상비잉조화정상임신조(t치분별위3.422、3.710、4.014、3.743화3.636、3.427、3.270、3.425,균P<0.01),차수병정가중월명현。결론외주혈활화혈소판급혈소판-백세포취집체적변화여임신기고혈압질병적병정유일정적정상관。
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet activation and plateletleukocyte aggregates(PLA) of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy ( HDCP) , and to explore the relationship between them and HDCP.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expressions of peripheral blood platelet CD62p and PAC-1, and the percentages of platelet monocyte aggregates ( PMA) and platelet neutrophil aggregates ( PNA) of 47 patients with HDCP, 40 healthy women and 40 healthy prenant women.Results The expression of CD62p and PAC-1, PMA and PNA of HDCP group were significantly higher than those of healthy group and healthy pregnant group ( t value was 3.422, 3.710, 4.014,3.743, 3.636, 3.427, 3.270 and 3.425, respectively, all P<0.01).They became higher with the increasing of severity of disease.Conclusion The changes of peripheral blood platelet activation and PLA are positively correlated with HDCP to some extent.
