为保证机组安全运行,氢冷发电机检修后都要进行气密性试验。介绍了某厂390H 型全氢冷发电机气密试验方法,分析了机组出现的漏氢现象,给出了漏氢故障的检查过程。试验结果表明,密封瓦座内侧中分面漏气是气密试验不合格主要原因。为了减少气密性试验工作量,可以对检修工艺进行优化,在回装发电机两侧轴承上盖之前,应首先检查并确保密封瓦座中分面不漏气,这样可以保证发电机本体气密试验一次性合格。

Air sealing test must be done after overhaul of the generator for the safe operation of the unit.Air sealing test method of a 390H type gas turbine generator unit was given.Fault reason and test process were analyzed.By test and analysis,it was found that air leakage from inner side middle plane of sealing bearing is the main reason of the fault.To improve the efficiency of air sealing test work,overhaul method should be im-proved.Air leakage from inner side middle plane of sealing bearing must be checked before installing two gen-erator bearing upper pads.With the method,air sealing experiment can be realized by single test.
