介绍了田湾核电站柴油机带载控制策略的现状。通过排查一期通风空调系统柴油机带载中发生通风设备失控,造成试验失败的原因是接口设计不匹配,尤其是驱动模块的设计和设备驱动回路的供电设计问题;通过采取修改仪控逻辑、优化通风空调系统分步带载控制策略等措施,弥补了控制柜供电电源当初设计的不足。建议分布式控制系统成套商加强与设计院的技术交流,充分发挥分布式控制系统的强大功能。

Introduced the present situation of the diesel generator load control strategy in Tianwan nuclear pow-er plant.It was found through deep analysis that loss of ventilation equipment control led to test failure in the course of diesel generator step-by-step loading in Tianwan Phase I.The reasons were found to be that the in-terface did not match with each other;especially the design of the driver control module didn't match the de-sign of equipment driving loop power supply.Through modification on I&C logic and improve the control strategy on HVAC systems step-by-step loading made up the design deficiency of control cabinets power sup-ply.It is suggested the technical communication between DCS Supplier with design personnel should be strengthened,and DCS powerful hardware and software functions should be made to the best usage.
