对国家电网公司对断路器失灵保护的标准化方案的分析，比较标准化设计前后的断路器失灵保护实现的差异，发现断路器失灵保护中的单相失灵零负序电流方案在某些单相转三相故障的情况下，失灵保护存在慢动的情况。针对这一问题，提出了一种优化的断路器单相失灵方案，该方案既保留国网标准化逻辑设计的优点，又解决转换性故障时失灵保护缺陷。最终经测试的保护厂家对失灵逻辑进行修正、整改完成后，未再出现失灵动作延时变长的现象。

The paper analysis the program of circuit breaker failure protection released by the State Grid Corpo-ration,compares the difference with the traditional set.discover the phenomenon of the breaker failure protec-tion slow-acting under evolved fault condition.To solve this problem,propose s an optimized single-phase cir-cuit breaker failure scheme to solve the problem of evolved fault.The program not only retains the advantages of standardized design,and solves the breaker failure protection defects.Finally ,the protection manufacturers modified the logic of breaker failure protection,There is no action delay variable length phenomenon found on test.
