为深入研究氧化锌矿元素硫水热硫化机理,本文以锌的重要硅酸盐类矿物-异极矿为研究对象,元素硫为硫化剂开展了纯异极矿水热硫化及矿相转变规律研究。在水热体系中合成的异极矿经XRD检测结果表明,合成矿物的纯度高,结晶度好。增大搅拌转速、提高转化温度、增加硫磺用量、缩小颗粒粒度均可显著提高异极矿的硫化转化率。在160℃下异极矿经水热硫化转化90 min后有硫化锌生成,其XRD衍射峰随温度的升高而加强。在220℃下转化240 min后异极矿水热硫化过程已基本完成。
為深入研究氧化鋅礦元素硫水熱硫化機理,本文以鋅的重要硅痠鹽類礦物-異極礦為研究對象,元素硫為硫化劑開展瞭純異極礦水熱硫化及礦相轉變規律研究。在水熱體繫中閤成的異極礦經XRD檢測結果錶明,閤成礦物的純度高,結晶度好。增大攪拌轉速、提高轉化溫度、增加硫磺用量、縮小顆粒粒度均可顯著提高異極礦的硫化轉化率。在160℃下異極礦經水熱硫化轉化90 min後有硫化鋅生成,其XRD衍射峰隨溫度的升高而加彊。在220℃下轉化240 min後異極礦水熱硫化過程已基本完成。

Hemimorphite is chosen for this investigation because it is one of the most commercially important zinc silicate minerals for the extraction of zinc.The hydrothermal sulfidation behavior of synthetic hemimorphite,u-sing elemental sulfur as sulfidant,is studied in the present study systematically to know the hydrothermal sulfida-tion mechanism of zinc oxide ore better.The XRD results show that the hemimorphite synthetized under hydro-thermal condition is in good quality with high degree of crystallinity.The sulfidation rate of synthetic hemimor-phite would be raised by increasing of agitation speed,temperature,sulfur dosage,and decreasing of mineral particle size.The sample is only partially reacted at 160℃ and 30 minutes of reaction,and diffraction lines for zinc sulfide is strengthened with increasing in temperature.The sulfidation reaction is mostly completed at 220℃for 240 min.
