回顾性调查我院2013年4月~2014年4月432例口腔颌面外科住院患儿抗菌药物使用情况，评价抗菌药物使用合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。结果表明，我院抗菌药物使用情况良好，但在选择、更换抗菌药物及选择给药途径等方面仍存在不合理现象。
회고성조사아원2013년4월~2014년4월432례구강합면외과주원환인항균약물사용정황，평개항균약물사용합이성，위림상합리용약제공삼고。결과표명，아원항균약물사용정황량호，단재선택、경환항균약물급선택급약도경등방면잉존재불합리현상。
A total of 432 medical records of children in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were reviewed to evaluate the rationality in using antibiotics, and to provide reference for rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice. The results showed that the administration of antibiotics was good except some problems, such as irrational use of drugs, frequent change of antibiotics and unreasonable selection of administration route.
