目的:建立小茴香中亚油酸含量的 HPLC-ELSD 测定方法并测定不同产地小茴香的亚油酸含量。方法:采用 Cosmosil 5 C18-MS-Ⅱ柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(95∶5∶0.1%),流速1.0 mL· min-1,柱温35℃,漂移管温度40℃,雾化气 N2,载气流速3.0 L·min-1。结果与结论:本法测定小茴香中亚油酸含量简便可靠。测得4个产地小茴香中亚油酸含量最高为8.73 mg·g-1,最低为1.70 mg·g-1。不同产地小茴香中亚油酸含量差异明显。
目的:建立小茴香中亞油痠含量的 HPLC-ELSD 測定方法併測定不同產地小茴香的亞油痠含量。方法:採用 Cosmosil 5 C18-MS-Ⅱ柱,甲醇-水-冰醋痠(95∶5∶0.1%),流速1.0 mL· min-1,柱溫35℃,漂移管溫度40℃,霧化氣 N2,載氣流速3.0 L·min-1。結果與結論:本法測定小茴香中亞油痠含量簡便可靠。測得4箇產地小茴香中亞油痠含量最高為8.73 mg·g-1,最低為1.70 mg·g-1。不同產地小茴香中亞油痠含量差異明顯。
목적:건립소회향중아유산함량적 HPLC-ELSD 측정방법병측정불동산지소회향적아유산함량。방법:채용 Cosmosil 5 C18-MS-Ⅱ주,갑순-수-빙작산(95∶5∶0.1%),류속1.0 mL· min-1,주온35℃,표이관온도40℃,무화기 N2,재기류속3.0 L·min-1。결과여결론:본법측정소회향중아유산함량간편가고。측득4개산지소회향중아유산함량최고위8.73 mg·g-1,최저위1.70 mg·g-1。불동산지소회향중아유산함량차이명현。
Objective: To establish a quantitative HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of linoleic acid in Foeniculum vulgare Mill. from different habitats. Methods: A column of Cosmosil 5C18-MS-Ⅱ was used with the mobile phase of methanol and water and acetic acid (95∶5∶0.1%), the fIow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1, and the column temperature was set at 35 ℃. The temperature of drift tube was set at 40 ℃ with an air fIow rate of 3.0 L·min-1 for ELSD. Results and Conclusion: The established HPLC-ELSD method is simple and suitable for the quality control of Foeniculum vulgare Mill. The maximum content of linoleic acid in Foeniculum vulgare Mill. from four habitats was 8.73 mg·g-1 and the minimum content was 1.70 mg· g-1. Great difference of linoleic acid content is shown in Foeniculum vulgare Mill. from different habitats.
