以作者的实验室发现的变异单株‘紫叶甘薯’为材料,采用形态性状、花色素相对含量和ISSR为遗传标记,对其与普通甘薯品种(系)之间的遗传差异进行了分析,采用层次分析法,对其观赏开发价值进行了定量评价.结果表明:(1)‘紫叶甘薯’的地上器官均呈紫色,在20个形态标记中,‘紫叶甘薯’与9个甘薯品种(系)最明显的形态差异是茎叶的色彩;(2)‘紫叶甘薯’茎叶等地上器官的花色素含量明显高于其它品种(系),并且各器官之间的花色素含量存在明显差异,表现为叶>叶柄>茎;(3)使用9条引物从10个甘薯品种(系)中共扩增出93个DNA片段,其中多态性片段为78个,占总条带数的83.8%;依据ISSR分子标记绘制聚类图,‘紫叶甘薯’与‘白骨企龙’及‘渝紫263’的亲缘关系最近;(4)采用层次分析法对‘紫叶甘薯’的观赏开发价值进行定量评价的结果表明,‘紫叶甘薯’具有较高的观赏开发与利用价值.

With colorful fascicled leaves and gorgeous runners , ornamental sweet potato has excellent characteristics in resistance to poor and dry soils , which make it great application in gardening .We have found a sweet potato mu-tant, named as‘purple leaf sweet potato’ with purple leaf, petiole and stem.In this paper, inherited characters of the‘purple leaf sweet potato ’ were studied and its ornamental characters were evaluated .The main results are as follows:(1) Twenty morphological indexes were used in morphologic observation of the ‘purple leaf sweet potato ’ and other nine cultivars of sweet potato;the results showed that the above-ground organs of the ‘purple leaf sweet potato ’ are purple , which exhibited great difference from other cultivars of sweet potato , especially the color of stem and leaf.(2) The anthocyanidin content in ‘purple leaf sweet potato ’ was highest in all the experimental cul-tivars, and was high in leaves , followed by petioles and stems .(3) ISSR-PCR was used for molecular marking of all the experimental cultivars of sweet potato using 9 primers for amplification , 93 DNA fragments were amplified , which contained 78 polymorphic fragments , 83.8%of the total fragments;cluster analysis showed that ‘purple leaf sweet potato ’ had the closest genetic relationship to ‘Baiguqilong ’ and ‘Yuzi263 ’ .( 4 ) Analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the ornamental characters of ‘purple leaf sweet potato ’ , the results suggested that the ornamental value of ‘purple leaf sweet potato ’ is good .
