《义务教育数学课程标准》中指出：“通过义务教育阶段的数学学习，使学生能够具有初步的创新精神和实践能力。”在全面推进素质教育，培养学生创新能力的教育理念不断深入人心之际，更应关注数学课堂教学这一培养学生创新精神和创新能力的主阵地。对学生进行创新能力的培养也就至关重要。

《의무교육수학과정표준》중지출：“통과의무교육계단적수학학습，사학생능구구유초보적창신정신화실천능력。”재전면추진소질교육，배양학생창신능력적교육이념불단심입인심지제，경응관주수학과당교학저일배양학생창신정신화창신능력적주진지。대학생진행창신능력적배양야취지관중요。

In the comprehensive promotion of quality education,to cultivate the students’ innovation ability education philosophy continued to win support among the people on the occasion,more attention should be paid to the mathematics classroom teaching to cultivate students’ innovation spirit and innovation ability of main position. Cultivation of the innovation ability of students is also important.
