互助合作学习方式是新课程改革背景下所推崇的一种新型教育教学方式。教师在互助合作式教学过程中的定位是极为重要的，只有教师找准了其在互助合作学习方式中的角色定位，才能更好地发挥互助合作学习方式的作用。主要以高中政治教师为例，对高中政治互助合作学习方式中教师的角色定位进行了分析与研究。

Mutual cooperation study way is under the background of new curriculum reform,as a new type of education teaching way. Teachers in mutual cooperation type positioning is very important in the process of teaching,only teachers for its role in mutual cooperation study way,to better play the role of the mutual cooperation study way. Political teacher as an example,this article will mainly by high school teachers in high school political mutual cooperation learning style through the analysis and research into the role.
