The school teachers are the main body of teaching, is the main role of the teaching task, technical school education focuses on the practice teaching,it directly reflects the students’ professionalskills to master degree,master skills in technical school educationoccupies the dominant position, teacher training is the key to cultivate talent,and practice class is the cradle of talent training,how best practice in relation to their future employment direction, is an important link in the teaching of Vocational school.
