科学课就是通过一系列的探究活动使学生的思维得以推进，即在实践描述中使学生的感觉水平发生认识，通过交流思辨使学生的知觉水平发生认识，通过研究探讨使学生的前概念得以认识。因此，要达到“轻负高效”的课堂，首先课堂教学环节要力求简约，教师要做到心中有学生，课堂教学要为学生学习需要着想。

Through series of exploration activities science course make students’thought advance,in practice that is to make students feel level of cognition, through the exchange speculation that students’perception of level of cognition,through research to understand the students preconcept. Therefore, to achieve the“light negative high effect”in the classroom, the classroom teaching should strive for simplicity, teachers should remeber the the students in hearts, classroom teaching should be needed for the sake of students learning.
