随着现代篮球的发展，篮板球控制的好坏是影响胜负的关键。进攻时，篮板球占优势，就能增加进攻次数和篮下得分的机会，也可以增强外线中投的信心和勇气，从而减少对方发动快攻的机会，防守时，抢篮板球占优势，不仅可以中断对方的连续进攻，造成对方外线中投的心理障碍，亦能为本队组织快攻创造先决条件。

With the development of modern basketball,the rebound is the critical factor which affects the result of a match.
