Taking five psychological effect as an example,the teacher expounds work principle,work skills and work difficulties that the col-lege counselors should master in class management,and work corner and self-accomplishment which is easy to be ignored in the class manage-ment,to enhance the counselor understanding of the students’ psychological and class management, grasp psychological dynamic of college stu-dents,and apply it in the class managementto achieve a multiplier effect.
