根据专家的解读，新旧课标相比有两大变化：一是“双基”变“四基”。即从“基础知识、基本技能”变为“基础知识、基本技能、基本思想、基本活动经验”；二是六个“核心词”变十个“核心词”。通过再次对比新旧课程标准，认为课堂教学也应该对应地进行四个变化。
