公益社团是大学生服务、实践社会以及奉献爱心的载体，参与公益活动对大学生的成长具有重要的意义。医学生是高校学生中特殊的群体，医学生组建的公益社团也具有一定的特殊性，为进一步认识医学生公益社团活动，以广州某医科院校公益性社团为例，对医学生公益社团的发展现状、发展瓶颈等问题进行调查研究，并在此基础上提出推进医学生公益社团发展的具体措施。

Public community is a carrier of college students’ service,social practice and dedicating love. It has the vital significance to participate in public welfare activities for students’ growth. Medical students are special group of college students,the public community that medical students established also has the certain particularity. For further understanding of public welfare activities of medical students in a Medical University in Guangzhou,our public welfare organization as an example,the investigation and study on the current situation of the development of the bottleneck problem,the community medical students’ development,and puts forward specific measures to promote the development of medical students applying public associations.
