English teachers should cultivate the students’ positive affective factors in the teaching practice,truly realize the teachers“teach”and students“learn”and cultivate students’ interest in learning english. The teacher put the boring English classroom into a happy English class. It is aimed at optimizing English classroom teaching and puts forward some strategies,the purpose is to cultivate students’ interest in learning english.
