A new round of the basic education curriculum reform puts forward many requirements for teachers.How to Incentive incentive mechanism reconstruction arouse teachers’ initiative,enthusiasm and creativity in this background,has become an urgent problem to further deepen the reform of the school. Through interviews and years of work experience.It combines with the existing problems in the process of teacher management,puts forward to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers under the background of new curriculum strategy.
