阅读教学是语文教学中的基础教育方式。阅读不仅有利于培养学生平心静气的心性，使学生脱去现今时代的浮躁气息，逐渐融入自主思考的氛围，也有利于学生开拓眼界，通过阅读掌握古今中外的文化、知识与科学，从而不断激发个人的内在潜能，成为一个全面而充实的人。随着教育改革的不断深入，作为九年义务教育的开端，小学教育不仅对学生有着启蒙作用，也在一定程度上开启了学生对不同事物的认知阶段。以小学语文课外阅读教学的发展现状为着手点，探析小学语文课外阅读教学的重要意义与有效的实践性措施。

Reading teaching is the fundamental education method in Chinese teaching.Reading is not only beneficial to cultivating students quiet quality,causing the student to take off impetuous atmosphere of this era,gradually into the atmosphere of independent thinking,also is advantageous to broadening students’ horizons,making them master culture,knowledge and science all times by reading,to constantly stimulate personal internal potential and become a comprehensive and full person. With the deepening of education reform,as the beginning of the nine-year compulsory education,primary education not only has the enlightenment function to the student,to some extent,it also open the students’ cognitive stage in different things. Taking the development situation of primary school Chinese reading teaching as the starting point,the teacher analyze the significance of the elementary school language reading teaching and effective practical measures.
