“后进生”班班有、校校有，其区别只是多寡、层次不同而已。只要教师引导及时，指导有方，教育得法，就能够重新燃起他们心灵上尚未完全熄灭的希望之光。因此，预防和转化后进生，是全面提高教育教学质量的关键。尤其是在全面推行素质教育的今天，转差工作显得尤为重要。
