社会经济不断快速发展的同时，传统的“管理学”课程已不再适用于竞争激烈的现代社会，面对挑战，传统高职管理学课程已经慢慢暴露出其不足，所以，怎样改善传统高职院校管理学课程教学已经成为迫不及待的任务。通过对广西地区高职院校的调查分析，寻找出其不足之处，并尝试对教学方法、内容和考核方式等进行改善。
社會經濟不斷快速髮展的同時，傳統的“管理學”課程已不再適用于競爭激烈的現代社會，麵對挑戰，傳統高職管理學課程已經慢慢暴露齣其不足，所以，怎樣改善傳統高職院校管理學課程教學已經成為迫不及待的任務。通過對廣西地區高職院校的調查分析，尋找齣其不足之處，併嘗試對教學方法、內容和攷覈方式等進行改善。
사회경제불단쾌속발전적동시，전통적“관이학”과정이불재괄용우경쟁격렬적현대사회，면대도전，전통고직관이학과정이경만만폭로출기불족，소이，즘양개선전통고직원교관이학과정교학이경성위박불급대적임무。통과대엄서지구고직원교적조사분석，심조출기불족지처，병상시대교학방법、내용화고핵방식등진행개선。
The continued rapid development of social economy at the same time,the traditional“management”courses are no longer applicable to the fierce competition modern society,face the challenge,the traditional vocational courses in management has been slowly revealed its shortcomings,so how to improve traditional vocational colleges teaching management has became a thing can not wait.This paper through the Guangxi Vocational Colleges investigation and analysis,to find out their shortcomings and try to have teaching methods,content and assessment methods for improvement.
