作为年轻的一线教师,我并没有体会到年轻的优势,一直存在“思想老旧”的教学观念,根据自己对“三位一体”教学改革肤浅的理解,有赖于同仁们对我的不断提点,还有学生课堂上灵动的思维,我喟然长叹:课改势在必行,理念付诸行动!
作為年輕的一線教師,我併沒有體會到年輕的優勢,一直存在“思想老舊”的教學觀唸,根據自己對“三位一體”教學改革膚淺的理解,有賴于同仁們對我的不斷提點,還有學生課堂上靈動的思維,我喟然長歎:課改勢在必行,理唸付諸行動!

As a young teacher,I didn’t realize the advantages of young,there has been“thinking of the old teaching concepts”,according to“teaching reform of three-in-one”superficial understanding,depends on continuous some of my colleagues and students,classroom smart thinking,I draw a long breath and sigh:curriculum be imperative,philosophy action!
