目的：研究吲哚美辛栓剂对食管贲门癌术后全胃肠外营养（ TPN）效果的影响。方法68例食管贲门癌患者术后接受TPN 1周，随机选择其中34例同时应用吲哚美辛栓剂100 mg入肛，3次/d；在术后1 d、3d、7d检测血清总蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白含量变化，并计算氮平衡。结果应用吲哚美辛者术后血清蛋白增高，负氮平衡减少，提示蛋白质合成增加。结论吲哚美辛可增强术后TPN效果。
목적：연구신타미신전제대식관분문암술후전위장외영양（ TPN）효과적영향。방법68례식관분문암환자술후접수TPN 1주，수궤선택기중34례동시응용신타미신전제100 mg입항，3차/d；재술후1 d、3d、7d검측혈청총단백、백단백、전철단백함량변화，병계산담평형。결과응용신타미신자술후혈청단백증고，부담평형감소，제시단백질합성증가。결론신타미신가증강술후TPN효과。
Objetcive To study the effect of indomethacin on efficacy of total parenteral nutration ( TPN)in the patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation .Mtehods Sixty-eight patients received TPN for a week post -operatively,34 patients among them also received 100 mg indomethacin rectal suppository,3 times a day.Total pro-tein, albulmin and transferrin in the serum and nitrogen balance were examinated before operation and on the 1st day, the 3rd day and the 7th day after operation.Results There was significant increase in transferrin and decrease in negative nitrogen balance in the group of opatients taken indomethacin rectal suppository,suggesting a increase in pro-tein synthesis.Conclusion Indomethacin could improve the efficacy of TPN after operation.
