涡流排水采气技术施工方便、环保高效,在解决气井积液问题方面前景广阔。为进一步了解井下流场情况、分析气井生产参数对气井排液效果的影响,基于计算流体动力学方法,通过 Fluent多相流模型对气井内流动进行仿真模拟计算。通过观察气液流动状态及速度矢量的变化以及监测井口气相含量及其径向分布,研究分析了涡流工具对气井流场的影响规律,为生产工况的优选及涡流工具结构的优化提供依据。

Absttact:The technique of vortex drainage has good prospects because the construction work is simple and the technique is environmental and efficient.In order to further understand the down-hole flow field and analyze the effect of production parameters of gas wells on draining,based on computational fluid dynamics and multiphase model through Fluent,the numerical simulation has been done.By observing the state of the gas-liquid flow and monitoring the radial distribution of the gas content at the wellhead,the study analyzed the influence on gas well flow field by vortex tool.Study analyzed the influence of the vortex tools on flow field of gas well and guided how to select the preferred process conditions and provide the basis for optimizing the structure.
